Time required – 2 hours max (generally on a Monday morning)
All training is FREE
Depending on the ethnicity of the majority of operators our 2013 Chip Champion Michael Huang may be available to speak both Cantonese and Mandarin. We have found has been hugely successful in many regions so far.
We also use his business success story to help motivate and encourage the operators about what they can do to improve their business, make more money and have more satisfied customers.
Operators run through a series of 9 modules which include short 3-8 minute video clips, followed by a series of re-cap questions to answer. Our training is available on DVD in both English and Chinese and will cover all aspects of the Industry Standards.
We are happy to work around your resources and venue, but ideally we need:
Access to data projector/laptop/speakers if possible.
Commercial deep fryer for practical demonstration (ie. Training Kitchen) Small portable fryers are a good back up option. If this is too difficult our training can be run without this practical element.
Seating for attendees – number dependent.
