The European Potato Processors Association has launched a video that provides 
the Golden Frying Recipe. Consisting of tips for better frying practices.
Their set of ‘Rules’ are available in 27 different languages. So can be access around the globe.
We think our Industry Standards are pretty awesome- but its great to see other parts of the country doing their bit to fry better chips.
