Spring is finally upon us and the weather is heating up… Invercargill be prepared The Chip Group are heading your way very soon! Michael Huang our Champion Chippie from Oppies Takeaways in Rotorua and myself will be heading south in the next few weeks to host a ‘Tips for Better Chips’ Training Seminar in Invercargill on Wednesday 12th September. The session will take place at the Southern Institute of Technology from 9am til midday. 
Both Micahel and I are looking forward to inspiring retailers to improve their business skills and make positive changes to the way they fry their chips. We also hope to visit various stores along the way. It is a real privilege to have Michael on board with us this year and with such great success in his own business he has a lot to offer.
