Chips in Hamilton should now be better than ever before. 
The Chip Group ran a Chinese Refresher Training Workshop on Monday 15th April.
Organised by Kate Underwood, Training and Education Manager with the help of Philip Yeung, Ethnic Development Advisor from the Hamilton City Council we had 31 keen operators attend. They spent the morning reviewing all of the training modules and refreshing what they had learnt at the previous 2011 training.
Special Guest and Champion Chippie – Michael Huang did a spectacular job of presenting the seminar in Chinese. He shared business advice about ways to improve productivity, look after their customers and make more money!
With loads of laughs and healthy discussion operators left smiling with NEW Training certificates and some vital tips to take back to their business.
A big Thanks to Michael Huang for making the trip to Hamilton and Philip Yeung for gathering excitement and ensuring full attendance!
