With the help of local Heart Foundation and Regional Public Health, we ran another successful training seminar based on The Chip Group’s Industry Standards.
Michael Huang was present to share his own experience about how making small changes over time can significantly improve business, produce better quality chips and improve the health of his customers.
A local Chef even came along, as he was interested in learning the secret to better chips.
