Attendees were awarded with their Tips for Better Chips poster, a badge, a certificate and free product from our sponsors Groenz. It was also really great to see a variety of operators, including a Turkish Kebab takeaway and a bakery. Sharing our best practice frying tips with as many people as possible is part of our intent, as our tips can be used when frying other foods, not just chips.
