After our great success in Invercargill, Champion Chippie- Michael Huang and Training and Education Manager, Kate Underwood are heading north to host a ‘Tips for Better Chips’ Seminar in Nelson next Monday.

We are looking forward to teaching and inspiring Nelson operators about what it takes to fry tastier and better chips! We will be covering the range of our Industry Standards throughout the nine training modules, which each consist of a short video clip followed by a series of quiz questions.
Michael’s own business ‘Oppies Takeaway’ – was winner of the 2011 Rotorua Business Excellence Award and finalist for 2012, so he has a wealth of experience within the industry and will be sharing how The Chip Group has significantly improved his business.
